The meeting was called to order by Alice at 12:15. The prayer was led by Alice and I have no idea who led the song, but it was O’ Beautiful.

Program:
We discussed future of the fair booth. We might have to give it back to the fair grounds
Steve and Jim are running it this year, but a lot of work. We need younger members to step up
152 shifts and about 30 able members
Maybe simplify menu
Bob and Mike offered the scouts to run the booth for 3 days. Will share profits those days, will be worked out
We make 10 to 15K a year – sense that its not worth it, other ways to earn money
Carl did a ton of work. We opened a sisco account for food
Maybe we can partner with other groups
More to come on this….
