On June 10th, 2015, the Newton Rotary presented scholarships to 6 deserving recipients. Each student applicant was required to write an essay, complete an in-person interview, and fulfill other pre-determined criteria.
Nicholas Martin & Kylie Quinn of Kittatinny High School, Stephanie Ahmad & Ryan Sumski of Newton, and Cole Benson & Star Zahorosky of Sussex Tech were chosen for their desire to set forth in life with the Rotarian philosophy, “Service Above Self.”
