This week: 5/3/17 - In Service Meeting - Bob Shankman will present on the 30th Year of Women in Rotary.
Last week: 4/26/17 Carolyn Ottenbreit confidently led the helm in absence of Charles and John, Alden gave a thoughtful prayer and we sang God Bless America. Jim welcomed guest Richard Radcliff, guest of Bill Kehoe and our speaker today - Linda Adams from Art Auctions.
Bob Shankman introduced our speaker Linda, from the Elmwood Park Rotary Club. She started Art Auctions 47 years ago. The art auctions are held at events, Rotary and others, to raise funds for various causes. She brought some lovely samples of the art from her 25,000 sq.ft factory in Long Island. 30% of art sales and 100% of ticket sales are kept by the club or association.
