Charles welcomed everyone.

 

Happy Dollars:

Bob Shankman was not happy, but had a story to tell.  He and Kathie went to a funeral in Massachusetts and Kathie tripped and broke her ankle.  She had complications with her surgery due to an infection.  She still needs another operation.  Once she has surgery, it may take between 4 to 6 weeks for recovery. 

He also mentioned that Sally Tomasino was in the hospital.  

Our prayers for both of them.

Mike Hanifan enjoyed the golf outing.

He was very happy that his daughter contacted him through facebook messenger while she went north through the Bering Sea to avoid the typhoon.

John Cuozzo attended the Gold Rush at the Majestic Theater.  It was the 100th anniversary of the theater.  He also recommended visiting the Gettysburg Battlefield.

Steve was so glad that he and Helen were recognized for their commitment to the club.

Denise was doubly happy for Helen's commitment as our treasurer.

Barbara's 4th great grandchild was baptized. 

She also mentioned Ned's most distinguished attire at the golf outing.  He decided to shed his jacket and tie.

Charles recognized what a wonderful job the country club and the hospital did with the golf outing. 

It was a father son day, Mike Hanifan, Charles Grotyohan and Rob Rhine's sons attended. 

He also mentioned our most magnificent honorees.

It was also established that Matt Hannum is quite a comedian.

 

Foundation News:

Steve explained how the members and the club's foundation points can be used.  He also said that there are points available to reach the next Paul Harris level.  The club will match up to 500 points.

 

Membership News:

Charles did contact the local business owners and managers that Don Schuld had spoken to and George Stickles, the General Manager of Staples is interested in joining us for lunch. 

Lisa Carlson was given a membership application.

 

Guest Speaker:

Diabetes and Nutrition Center

Kaitlyn provided us with more information than we could swallow.  She handed out papers that gave guidelines To Eat Healthy.  Almost everyone had a question for Kaitlyn.  It was an exceptional meeting.
