Happy Dollars: 

Charles attended Denville and Skyland's Rotary Club meetings to promote the Pickleball Tournament.  He also met Tony Toriello, a long time friend of John Frank and  a Denville Rotarian.

Mike Hanifan was happy to have the power restored at his office in Newton, as most offices and businesses were closed yesterday because of the power outage.

Denise asked her insurance agent to sponsor the Pickleball Tournament and he said, "how much", and she said, " inside back or back cover".  She received a check for $1000.00.  He also wants to support the Homeless Project, so she asked for 24 pie plates.

Lisa Carlson's daughter completed her internship early and has secured another internship for next year.

John Roberts was happy to attend the meeting.  He also brought a sponsorship from Fredericks Fuel.

Charles also gave a happy dollar because Johnny Casino came today.  Johnny Casino derived from the Chili Open when John and Charles formed the musical team, Johnny Casino and the Rotarians.

Bud Luthman was glad to see Buz back.

 

Announcements:

Branchville Rotary invited our club to join them at a meeting on Friday, May 8th at 12:15pm in the Administrative building at the fairgrounds.  They will provide pizza.  We must bring our own beverage.  They ask us to R.S.V.P by May 1st.  They have also invited the Wallkill club.

This was Sharon's last day with us at the Hampton Diner.  She will be taking a little time off and then returning back to the Sussex Airport Diner.

June 17th meeting will be at the hospital.

 

Upcoming Events:

Our server Sharon will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt, March 28th at Broadhecker's Farm to raise money for the Weekend Bag Program.
